Charlie Bravo Aviation Co-Founder and CEO René Banglesdorf provides company leadership and management from her work in a number of fields. She pulls marketing and entrepreneurial experience from the software, telecom, retail, publishing and aviation industries. René serves as a spokesperson for business aviation and women in leadership in speaking and press appearances all over the world.

René serves on the board of International Aviation Women’s Association as the VP of Communications, she serves as Supply Chain Coordinator for PALS Sky Hope Disaster Relief and is the Aviation Liaison for the Austin Disaster Relief Network. René also serves on the board of Wingform, a software company focused on aircraft transactions. Her books Stand Up: How to Flourish When the Odds Are Stacked Against You and Crushing Mediocrity: 10 Ways to Rise Above The Status Quo are available on Amazon.

Curt Banglesdorf
Curt BanglesdorfPresident
Charlie Bravo Aviation Co-Founder and President Curt Banglesdorf has more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry and started selling when he learned to talk.

Curt sold advertising for Avionics Magazine where he learned of the fascinating business of pre-owned aircraft sales. He began working as a researcher at Gantt Aviation in 2002. Within a year, he was the company’s leading salesman and promoted to Director of Jet Sales. In 2008, he started Charlie Bravo Aviation with René and has continued his success, increasing his expertise to include heavier iron, turboprops and more international deals.

Ryan Lutz
Ryan LutzVice President
Ryan Lutz aides in finding and acquiring aircraft for Charlie Bravo’s clients. Ryan is responsible for keeping tabs on the market, researching and understanding current market trends for any aircraft a client might be looking to sell or acquire. Prior to working for Charlie Bravo, Ryan worked in oil and gas consulting for mid and downstream clients.

Ryan graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. While he’s away from the office, you’ll either find Ryan skiing at the lake or on the road following the Longhorn football team…

James Wisniewski
James WisniewskiDirector of Special Projects
James “Wiz” Wisniewski serves as Charlie Bravo’s Director of Special Projects, working with the sales and research team and focusing on business development. Wiz runs Charlie Bravo Aviation’s Midwest office in Columbus, Ohio.

Wiz played professional ice hockey for 14 years before joining Charlie Bravo Aviation, with 11 years in the NHL as a highly regarded defenseman for teams including the Chicago Blackhawks, Anaheim Ducks, New York Islanders, Montreal Canadiens, Columbus Blue Jackets and Carolina Hurricanes. His last notable professional accomplishment was as a member of the 2018 U.S. Olympic Ice Hockey Team.

Wiz has a wife, Nicole, and two daughters, Jamie and Sadie. When he’s not drumming up business for Charlie Bravo, he spends much of his time playing golf at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio, where he’s won a club championship.

Beverly Toney
Beverly ToneyExecutive Assistant
Beverly Toney serves as the Executive Assistant at Charlie Bravo. She studied at the University of San Diego in San Diego, CA and has over 25 years experience in marketing and administrative executive support having worked primarily in the homebuilding industry, followed by nonprofit organizations and a branding solutions company.

Beverly grew up in San Diego, CA but currently lives in Temecula, CA with her husband, Keith, and two sons, Jacob and Kaleb. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her on a baseball field cheering on one of her two boys, who both play travel ball.

Keith Sparks
Keith SparksMarketing Director
Keith Sparks handles marketing and advertising for Charlie Bravo Aviation. His marketing communications experience began in Southern California, where he studied Communications at California Lutheran University. Keith’s first professional marketing experience came in the form of an internship with a marketing agency in Thousand Oaks, CA. He has since handled marketing for a technology services firm and a recreational rental company, both located in SoCal.

Keith graduated from Cal Lutheran in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising.

Bob Wilke
Bob WilkeAppraiser
Robert F. (Bob) Wilke is the principal Managing Director of Advanced Aviation Research, LLC a Woman Owned Business Enterprise that provides technical, operational and valuation consulting services to aircraft lenders, operators and management companies in the United States and Canada. AAR also has a consulting practice includes advising clients on finance, maintenance management, inspection and evaluation of business aircraft.

In early 2014, Wilke co-founded AvRisk, Inc, a firm that provided aircraft lenders and lessors with a wide range of asset management tools, services and support.

Bob has been a consultant to a number of top aerospace firms and has extensive experience in all facets of capital equipment investment, finance and leasing including sales, planning and analysis, credit and collections, transaction and portfolio pricing and analysis, syndication, administration, contract negotiation, accounting, asset valuation, risk management and portfolio management.

Bob is an ASA Senior Aviation Appraiser, earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy at Western Michigan University and MBA in finance at the University of Detroit. He has served as an instructor of corporate finance at Davenport University and is a guest lecturer at Michigan State University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
