Charlie Bravo has a staff of researchers who constantly monitor the market to find “off market” aircraft. These are aircraft that have not yet been listed for sale and the opportunity exists to negotiate a very favorable price. In some cases, the aircraft are already listed but [Charlie Bravo] has so many contacts and relationships in the industry that [its sales team] is still able to work wonders.
